FINANCE MINISTRY: SANITARY, VETERINARY AND PHYTOSANITARY CONTROL WILL BE IMPROVED ON GEORGIA-AZERBAIJAN BORDER WITH ASSISTANCE OF THE EU AND UNDP
Georgian Finance Ministry declared about completion of 3-year project, which aimed raise of standards of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary control on customs checkpoint “Red Bridge” on Georgia-Azerbaijan border. According to the Ministry, new customs point has area of 6,500 square m and is fully able to conduct sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary control with observance of the EU standards.
