“TI GEORGIA”: IT WILL BE BETTER TO PROHIBIT ISSUING OF FUNDS BY PARTNERSHIP FUND TO LEGAL ENTITIES, REGISTERED IN OFFSHORES
For ensuring transparency of projects, financed by Georgian Partnership Fund, it will be better if issuing of funds by the Fund to legal entities, registered in offshore zones, was forbidden at the level of law, considers TI Georgia, Georgian branch of Transparency International. As the organization specifies, some of projects of the Fund raise certain questions in respect of possible corruption.
