After start of the pandemic “in 2020, we announced that we would not dismiss a single employee”, declares Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, director general of Georgia’s largest TBC Bank.

In an interview with the magazine, Butskhrikidze points: “In this spring, a growth trend began in entire Georgian banking sector, that is why it is expected that we will have not to reduce employees, but, on the contrary, to add them”.
