GEORGIAN STATE AUDIT SERVICE: IDENTIFIED SHORTCOMING IN INVESTMENT PROJECTS MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL CHANGE IN PLANS
Georgian State Audit Service declared that identified shortcoming in management of investment projects is essential change in plans of these projects, which indicates flawed process of planning. This shortcoming affects the process of project implementation, which is expressed often in undeveloped resource or significant overspending of funds, the Service indicated.
