NETGAZETI.GE: “20 MILLION PAID FOR ANTI-HAIL EQUIPMENT ARE MISSPENT AND STOLEN – BOTKOVELI”
Giorgi Botkoveli, regional secretary of National Movement, believes that 20 million lari paid for anti-hail equipment were misspent and stolen. On September 17, hail destroyed 100% of crops and damaged residential infrastructure in Kakheti, he points out.
