“TI GEORGIA”: AMENDMENTS TO ANTI-CORRUPTION LAW DO NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION AND WORSEN EXISTING RULES
Amendments to the law “On Fight Against Corruption”, which Georgian Parliament have adopted in third (final) reading on May 29, do not meet requirements of the European Commission and worsen the existing rules, said TI Georgia, Georgian branch of Transparency International. The package of amendments was initiated by MPs from the parliamentary majority.
