INCOME FROM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS FOR 6 MONTHS INCREASED BY 7% Y-O-Y
Referring to preliminary data, Georgian National Tourism Administration reported that income from international travelers amounted in 6 months of the year to $1.5 billion. If compared with the same period of 2018, the volume has increased by $95.4 million, i.e. by 7%, the Agency said.

Construction of 13-km section of Batumi bypass road will be completed in 2020, Georgian government declared.

Georgian State Service for Insurance Supervision reported that in total premium, attracted by TBC Insurance as of March 31, land transport insurance (except railway) accounted for 33.1%. In this segment, the company attracted 6.19 million lari, increasing the volume by 41% year-on-year.
