THE VISIT TO GEORGIA OF THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL EXPERT GROUP WAS COMPLETED
Yesterday was completed the visit to Georgia of the EC expert group. Before the departure to Istanbul, they stated that the information gathered by them during the visit allows concluding that Georgia substantially progressed on the way of building the democratic society.

Yesterday Vardiko Nadibaidze and Ismail Karadayi signed the memorandum defining the development of the relations between the Georgian Defense Ministry and the General Headquarters of the Turkish army. As informed the source in the Russian Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the self-proclaimed Republic of Abkhazia sent the appeal to the Russian Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, which states, that this is due to the help provided to Georgia by the foreign states, in particular by Turkey, Ukraine, USA and Germany.
