    CIS INFORMAL SUMMIT HAS SET TO WORK IN YALTA

    The first day was dedicated to the bilateral meetings. The press secretary of the President Kakha Imnadze said on the eve that during the Eduard Shevardnadze and Vladimir Putin would focus on the building of proper bilateral relations.

However, as the well informed source at the State Office told Sarke, actually only the private air companies united into the air company AirZena – Sakartvelos Aviakhazebi.

    CONTRACT WITH THE RUSTAVI METALLURGIC PLANT INVESTOR GOING TO BE CANCELED

    We will remind to you that in January 1998, 51% of shares of the JSC Rustavi Metallurgic Plant was transferred to the Georgian-Russian-Israeli LLC MetallurgOilGazInvest for the management for 10 year. However, as the DeputyState Property Management Minister David Gelashvili told Sarke, the investor has not been implementing the liabilities shouldered by it.
