President of the Caucasian Nations Confederation Yusup Soslanbekov finds that to strengthen his power in Caucasus, Russia must limit other directions of its interior and partially exterior policy. He finds that the regional policy of Russia in Caucasus must envisage the union with Ichkeria and Abkhazia.
