GEORGIAN STATE AUDIT SERVICE POINTS AT SHORTCOMINGS IN PLANNING INCOME AND EXPENSES OF LEPL AND NON-PROFIT LEGAL ENTITIES

Based on analysis of the Georgian budget for 2021, the State Audit Service pointed at shortcomings in the process of planning income and expenses of legal entities of public law (LEPL) and non-profit/non-entrepreneurial legal entities.

In particular, 17 departments had planned their income and expenses in 2021 as zero.
