IN Q4 OF 2024, UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN GEORGIA DECREASED BY 1.1 PP Y-O-Y
In the 4th quarter of 2024, the unemployment rate in Georgia made up 14.2%, decreasing by 1.1 percentage points (pp) compared to the same period of 2023, Sakstat reported. In particular, the rate in urban settlements decreased by 1.4 pp to 14.8%, while in rural areas – by 0.6 pp to 13.4%.
