5-MEMBER MANAGING COUNCIL WILL NOT BE CREATED IN COMPETITION AGENCY
Today, Georgia’s parliament adopted (by 82 votes) in third (final) hearing amendments to the law “On Competition”. The amendments affect those provisions of the law that are related to management of the National Competition Agency, the Agency’s managing body (council) and powers of the executive director.
