GEORGIAN ECONOMY MINISTRY: AUSTRIAN COMPANIES INTERESTED IN ENERGY POTENTIAL OF GEORGIA

During his visit to Austria, Georgia’s Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Gennady Arveladze held meetings with representatives of Austrian companies ANDRITZ Hydro and EVN to discuss opportunities for cooperation in the energy sector of Georgia, Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development reported.

ANDRITZ Hydro (supplier of electro-mechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants) is interested to take part in large infrastructure energy projects, which we plan in Georgia for the next 5 years, Arveladze declared and noted that the matter concerns NenskraHES, NamakhvanHES and similar large projects.
