GEORGIAN COMPETITION AGENCY APPROVES ACQUISITION OF 50% STAKE IN “DOMUS SEASIDE” BY “DOMUS DEVELOPMENT”
Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency declared about consent given to concentration on the construction and development market, which implies acquisition of 50% stake in LLC Domus Seaside by LLC Domus Development. The concentration implemented will not have any substantial impact on the competitive environment, since this market is low-concentration, the Agency explained the decision.
