PERIOD OF BRINGING ENTERPRISES’ REGISTRATION DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH GEORGIAN LAW “ON ENTREPRENEURS” EXTENDED FOR A YEAR

The deadline for bringing the registration data of enterprises, which were registered before the entry into force of Georgian law “On Entrepreneurs” (January 1, 2022), in accordance with this law has been extended for a year, until April 1, 2026.

Georgia’s parliament adopted the corresponding amendment to the law “On Entrepreneurs” today by 85 votes in a simplified mode (in one hearing).
