“BGEO” TO BUY BACK SHARES OF “SAKARTVELOS BANKI” FROM MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS

BGEO Group, majority shareholder of Sakartvelos Banki (Bank of Georgia), will buy back shares from minority shareholders (they hold 0.44% in total). The request of compulsory sale is satisfied by the decision of the Tbilisi City Court.
