IN 2024, AREA OF PEACH ORCHARDS PLANTED IN GEORGIA UNDER THE PROGRAM “PLANT THE FUTURE” INCREASED BY 54%
In 2024, the area of peach orchards, planted in the country under the state program “Plant the Future”, increased by 54% and reached 57 ha, Georgian Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture reported. The Ministry indicated that in 2024, the state allocated 320,000 lari for cultivation of these orchards, while total investment exceeded 900,000 lari.
