GEORGIAN COMPETITION AGENCY: FACT OF UNFAIR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY BY “WOLT GEORGIA” ESTABLISHED

Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency declared about establishment of the fact of unfair commercial activity in the field of courier services by the company Wolt Georgia.

While offering a premium package Wolt+, the company “did not provide users with complete, clear and accurate information about essence of the service and the conditions for its provision”, the Agency said.
