NETGAZETI.GE: “STRASBOURG STARTED CONSIDERATION OF A COMPLAINT AGAINST RUSSIAN LAW”

The European Court of Human Rights started consideration of the complaint of Georgia’s non-governmental and media organizations in connection with the so-called “Russian law” (Georgia’s law “On Transparency of Foreign Influence”). The complaint was filed by 16 media organizations, 120 non-governmental organizations and 4 individuals.
