IN 2024, 13.5% OF VISITORS TO GEORGIA’S PROTECTED AREAS WERE CITIZENS OF EU COUNTRIES
In 2024, more than 150,000 people from EU countries visited the protected areas of Georgia, Georgian Agency of Protected Areas reported. The Agency specified that total number of visitors to protected areas in the reporting year exceeded 1.11 million people.
