REZONANSI: “LAW “ON GRANTS” IS BEING TIGHTENED FURTHER – HOW THE DRAFT AMENDMENTS WILL BE EDITED”

The Legal Issues Committee of Georgia’s parliament proposes edition of the draft amendments to the law “On Grants”.

As the Committee chairman Archil Gorduladze declared, consent on grant issuing may be requested from the government for one purpose, but in practice, the grant can be “used for destruction”.
