GEORGIAN STATE AUDIT SERVICE: COUNTRY LACKS DEVELOPED/UPDATED NATIONAL SECURITY CONCEPT AND THREAT ASSESSMENT DOCUMENT

The country has not developed/updated conceptual documents of the national level: the concept of national security, the document on assessment of threats to Georgia and national security strategies, Georgian State Audit Service indicates.

The Service considers that this may lead to ineffective cooperation between actors of the national system in the field of civil security and to inadequate management of emergencies.
