    Finance Minister Nodar Khaduri declared on the subject that Poti port is in private ownership, so the state is unable to interfere in its activity.

    Prosecutor’s Office reported that Kutaisi city court has convicted today former Premier and Interior Minister Vano Merabishvili of violation of privacy (private property), two episodes of large money embezzlement and bribery of voters. In his turn, former Labor, Healthcare and Social Protection Minister Zurab Chiaberashvili, accused together with Merabishvili, was found guilty in negligence while serving in his office.
