EDUARD SHEVARDNADZE EMPHASIZED THE UNIQUE CHARACTER OF THE AZERI-GEORGIAN RELATIONS
Speaking in Baku at the ceremony of celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Head of the Azerbaijanian state, Shevardnadze congratulated the jubilee from the name of all Georgian citizens and stated that the quality of the relations between the two countries are defined by the mutual relations of their Leaders. Shevardnadze emphasize the similarity of the political fates of the two Caucasian Presidents.
IN TBILISI WAS HELD THE CONFERENCE ON PEACE IN CAUCASUS
With the initiative of the Citizen Union, under the aegis of Socintern in the Tbilisi’s Sheraton Palace, was held the international conference dedicated to the peace and stability in Caucasus. There participated the representatives of the Socintern committee on peace, disarming and security, delegations of the row of European countries and countries of the former USSR.
CAUCASIAN NATIONS CONFEDERATION IS BEING REORGANIZED
The Chairman of the Caucasian Nations Confederation (CNC) Yusup Soslanbekov stated to the Sukhumi TV, that his organization holds the active activities on reorganization. According to him, in its former kind CNC fulfilled its task, however “now formed completely new situation”.

SERGEI KOROBKO DEMANDED THE STARTING OF THE CRIME CASE AGAINST THE KIDNAPPERS OF HIS SUBORDINATE
The Commander of the Russian peacekeepers in Abkhazia Sergei Korobko demanded the starting of the crime case on the fact of kidnapping Razdelayev, who served in one of his subdivisions. He warned, that in future none of such cases would stay unpunished: “We have all reasons and possibilities for the adequate reacting”.
THE DISMISSED ORGANIZATION MKHEDRIONI IS GOING TO REVIVE
The statement of its press center says that this dismissed, as an illegal armed forming, organization is going to resume its activity. With its main aim it announces the fight with the peaceful means for removing from the authorities “criminal powers” and abolishment of the Georgian presidency institution.
SHEVARDNADZE CONTRADICTS THE EXISTENCE OF THE POLITICALS IN GEORGIA
Shevardnadze stated, in his today’s radio interview, that “he does not want to be, not only a president, but also a citizen of the country, where exist the politicals”. As emphasized the President, nobody was arrested or sentenced only because of the political beliefs.
