AVERAGE NUMBER OF PERSONS RECEIVING SALARY In December 2022, the number of persons receiving a monthly salary increased by 2.9% compared to the corresponding period of 2021 and by 6.4% compared to the corresponding period of 2020. In December 2022, the share of persons receiving a monthly salary up to 599 GEL amounted to 16.1%, which was 3.2 percentage points less than the corresponding period of 2021, and 8.3 percentage points lower than the corresponding period of 2020.
