According to the Finance Minister Zurab Nogaideli, Georgia will not be able to shift to the pension insurance system in the next 5-10 years. The Finance Ministry and Ministry of Health Care did not accorded this question and did not made appropriate calculations, consequently the system is not in the position to work, said Nogaideli.
