One of these days the Ministry of State Property Management announced a second tender for privatization of 51% of JSC Elmavalmshenebeli shares. The JSC was set up on the base of Tbilisi locomotive assembly plant.

640,196 shares of Kaspicementi JSC (cement manufacturing enterprise in Kaspi, Kvemo Kartli region) are considered for the tender announced. The price of the shares equals $2.8 million.
