REGULATION ON CREDITING ENTITIES’ REGISTRATION IN NBG IS AMENDED
National Bank of Georgia (NBG) declared that regulations, which concern registration of credit-issuing entities, are amended. The amendment affected rule of registration and record-keeping in database of credit information bureau.

With system of responsible crediting, it is practically excluded that the most part of our citizens appeared in the black list (of debtors) again or the credits, which are in advance doomed to bankruptcy, were still issued anymore, Georgia’s Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze declared in Facebook Live.
According to the Premier, citizens faced the mentioned problem after 2007, when upper limit for credit interest rate was cancelled.
ECONOMY MINISTER: DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM SECTOR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
Georgia’s Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Giorgi Kobulia declared that there was expectation of rapid development of tourism sector, but “reality exceeded expectations”.
The Minister told this to journalists on national tourism award ceremony “Welcome to Georgia 2018”.
PRIME MINISTER: AS A RESULT OF VAT REFUND, WE WILL RETURN UNTIL END OF THE YEAR 520M LARI IN FAVOR OF ENTERPRISES
As a result of VAT refund, we will return until end of the year 520 million lari in favor of enterprises, Georgia’s Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze declared in Facebook Live.
To remind, Bakhtadze has stated on September 6 that 280 million lari were refunded to the private sector since the beginning of the year.
PRIME MINISTER: LEVEL OF TAXES IN GEORGIA HAS TO DECREASE STEP-BY-STEP EVEN MORE
“We intend that level of taxes in Georgia decreased step-by-step even more in spite of the fact that we already have low tax burden in the country”, Georgia’s Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze declared in Facebook Live.
According to the Premier, that should be made in a way, which will allow the country to reach inclusive growth and growth of share of micro, small and medium business in national economy.
