GITA: REVENUES OF STARTUPS, FINANCED WITHIN GEORGIAN INNOVATIONS ECOSYSTEM, TOTALED TO 120M LARI
Total revenues of startups, financed within the framework of the national ecosystem of innovations, reach 120 million lari, while the governmental funding amounts to 32 million lari, reported Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA).
According to GITA, 186 projects have been financed with the financial assistance of the World Bank since 2018, resulting in creation of over 3,000 jobs.

Tbilisi hosted Georgian-Slovenian business forum today, which was attended by up to 100 representatives of the business. The event was organized by the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
THE 3RD STAGE OF TBILISI TAXI REFORM TO START IN APRIL
On April 1, Tbilisi taxi reform will pass to the 3rd stage, which envisages sale and rent of permits. On March 20, issuance of permits for taxis of A-category (the so-called “white taxis”) was completed.
CONSTRUCTION OF ROPEWAY BETWEEN RUSTAVELI AVENUE AND MTATSMINDA PARK WILL BE COMPLETED AT THE END OF THE YEAR
Construction of a ropeway, connecting Rustaveli Avenue and Mtatsminda Park, will be completed at the end of this year, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze declared at the city government meeting today.
The project was launched in 2021.

From May, mobile application “Fix Tbilisi” will be launched, by means of which it will be possible to report about infrastructure damage in the capital. The application will be accessible to all citizens.
