    Until now, Karseladze headed Georgian Tourism Development Fund, founded by Georgian Co-Investment Fund (being established in its turn by billionaire ex-premier Bidzina Ivanishvili).

    The Association specifies: “The matter concerns possible discrepancies, neglect of official duty, bargains with construction companies, extremely high risks of corruption possibility or poor quality of completed and ongoing projects, revealed in Roads Department during chairmanship of current head, Giorgi Seturidze”.
