    CHAIRMAN OF THE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF RUSSIA BELIEVES THAT LEGAL COMING-OUT OF SPIRITS ACROSS RUSSIAN-GEORGIAN BORDER SHOULD BE ALLOWED

    According to Mikhail Vanin, the chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia, check-points at Nizhnii Zaramag and Verkhnii Lars on Georgian Military Road have to be furnished with all the necessary equipment in accordance with the international regulations.
