THEY EXPRESS REGRETS AT FOREIGN MINISTRY OF GEORGIA OVER RUSSIAN STATE DUMA DECISION

The Russian agency InterFax referring to the vice chairman of the Duma Committee on CIS affairs and Relations with Anatoli Chekhoyev’s compatriots (the former secretary of the South Ossetian regional committee of the CPSU, at present the member of CPRF) informed on May 22 that the question on the ratification of the big “umbrella” agreement on friendship and cooperation with Georgia, which was due to be considered at the plenary session on May 26, has been postponed. The new date has not been set yet.

The President assigned the State Office, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia as well as his representative in Kodori Canyon to assume measures for the improvement of the situation on this only enclave on the territory of Abkhazia, not controlled by the separatist government. The President noted, namely that out of 950,000 Lari, envisaged by his last decree, the Finance Minster was not able to allocate 450,000.

The President of this multi-field firm is the businessman, refugee from Abkhazia Nugzar Gogia.

TEMPORAL CONSITUTION ON THE DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY OF JUDGES OF GENERAL COURTS CONFIRMED

According to the decree of the President, this position is to regulate the questions concerning the disciplinary liability and disciplinary legal proceedings in regard to courts before giving effect to the order, established by the law. The question over the liability of judges of general courts emerges in case of they conduct activities, defaming the honor of the judge or the court’s authority, braking law while conducting legal investigation, violation of the anti corruption legislation or labor discipline.
