Georgia has reached an agreement with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) on the recovery of its right to vote, the country has been deprived of due to its $461.000 debt. Georgia has not paid membership fees since it became a member of the organization in 1994.

Aleksi Aleksishvili is a graduate of Tbilisi State University, the faculty of economics.
