Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze declared that gas storage is planned to build in Georgia in 2018-2019 and Azerbaijan’s state oil and gas company SOCAR shows big interest in this term. Energy expert Zurab Garakanidze says that this issue was topical even in 1990-ies, and now it is already the third try.
